adidas Confirmed App

Problem
The adidas Confirmed app was created to deliver exclusive product drops and storytelling in a premium environment. The challenge was to design a product experience that could present footwear and apparel at their highest quality while still being fast, scalable, and adaptable to a constant release schedule.

Approach
We treated the app as a product design challenge, not just a content pipeline. Layouts were optimized to place products at full-screen scale, giving them a striking presence on mobile. Motion design was embedded into the framework—short, looping clips that revealed details, construction, and angles in ways static imagery could not. Together, these elements created a template system that was both beautiful and efficient.

Solution
The resulting design system for Confirmed balanced storytelling with usability: products felt elevated, but the interface remained clean, intuitive, and consistent. By unifying content, interaction, and layout in a scalable framework, we delivered a product design approach that made exclusivity feel tangible—while ensuring the app could sustain the pace of continuous new releases.

Product Experience & Layout Design: Built a mobile-first design system that maximized screen space for products, creating a bold, immersive showcase inside the app.

Motion Integration: Developed animated product views to highlight detail, texture, and form—enhancing how users explored each drop.

System Thinking & Scalability: Designed a repeatable framework that could flex across categories while remaining fast to produce.

Elevated User Experience: Balanced exclusivity with clarity, ensuring premium storytelling without sacrificing navigation or usability.
